Hellboy

Earlier tonight, Konami announced a they are producing a video game based on Mike Mignola’s Hellboy, published by Dark Horse Comics. Hellboy promises to be a strategic brawler with an original story. Abe Sapien and Liz Sherman will be playable characters in cooperative mode. Screenshots were made available shortly after the press conference.

Hellboy is being developed in collaboration with Mike Mignola and Hellboy movie director Guillermo del Toro. It will be released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PSP in 2007.
